What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, 7 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex software projects or programs, Demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring software project managers and/or software engineers, Proven experience owning end-to-end project delivery, Experience supporting or contributing to business development efforts, Track record of identifying, assessing, and mitigating delivery risks and opportunities, working knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches, Proficiency with project management and delivery tools, including Jira (required), Solid understanding of financial and commercial project management, Ability to translate technical concepts into clear project plans, timelines, and client-ready communications

What You'll Do.

Establish portfolio health metrics

Monitor portfolio health metrics

Own portfolio-wide resource management

and rebalance capacity

Provide senior oversight for projects

and escalate delivery risks

Serve as escalation point for issues

Partner with Directors to support contracting

Review and guide project-level inputs

Collaborate with IS leadership

Monitor contracting-related risks

Communicate portfolio impacts

Set clear expectations for delivery

Conduct performance reviews

Provide ongoing feedback

Support career development

Foster inclusive environment

Promote accountability

Promote continuous improvement

Promote psychological safety

Serve as primary IS point of contact

Collaborate across product, engineering, finance, and contracting partners; Collaborate with IS leadership, Finance, and business stakeholders; Serve as primary IS point of contact for portfolio-level communication with executive, product, engineering, finance, and business stakeholders
