About the team and role: Dave is looking for an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to join our Front End Infrastructure (FEI) team. As an Engineering Manager at Dave, you will play an instrumental role in leading the squad responsible for the foundational systems that every mobile engineer at Dave relies on, from CI/CD pipelines and shared libraries to mobile observability, product analytics, experimentation platform, design systems, and release tooling. You'll be responsible for fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, overseeing project delivery, and driving excellence across the entire mobile engineering organization. This role reports to the Director, DevX and Infrastructure Engineering. What you’ll do: - Balance engineering leadership and people management with hands-on technical engagement, maintaining sufficient depth in the codebase and platform architecture to guide technical strategy, influence architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.
