This team is part of Motorola Solutions’ Software Enterprise division, which offers secure, reliable, and efficient team communications, workflow, and operational intelligence solutions for mission critical public safety and enterprise markets throughout the world. Our services leverage Cloud Computing infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP to build at scale. ## Job Description Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead and mentor a team of managers & software engineers. This role requires a strong technical background with proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software for complex products and systems.
