What You'll Do.
Manage software engineering team for product delivery
Work with product/architecture for feature readiness
Interpret Test Strategy specifications

Find and implement 'best fit' solution
Validate solutions with architecture team
Provide task estimates
Assess level of complexity
Identify best-of-breed methods/tools/APIs
Contribute to design/code review
