The Manager drives execution across the software development lifecycle while evolving teams toward **AI fluency, modern engineering practices, and product-centric thinking**. The position partners closely with product, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact solutions. It is responsible for **building high-performing teams, fostering innovation (including GenAI adoption), and ensuring delivery excellence**. Additionally, this role contributes to **technology strategy, talent development, and organizational transformation** , including the responsible adoption of **Generative AI, automation, and intelligent systems**. **Responsibilities:** **Team Leadership & AI Fluency** * Build and lead high-performing engineering teams with a focus on **AI fluency, continuous learning, and innovation** * Establish a culture of **experimentation, responsible AI usage, and engineering excellence** * Mentor engineers in both **core software engineering and AI-assisted development practices**
