Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, 8–12+ years of professional software engineering experience, 4+ years in a technical lead or engineering management role, hands‑on experience with Authentication, authorization, and identity flows, Multi‑tenant system design, Management/control‑plane architectures, Expert proficiency with. NET /. NET Core, service‑oriented architecture patterns, Proven experience designing and implementing API‑first platforms (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), Experience leading integration‑heavy platforms, Experience leading a mission-critical team, Experience with event streaming and messaging systems (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub, etc.), architectural thinking, operational mindset, problem‑solving skills
Nice to Have
Background in security products, especially ZTNA, SSE, IAM, or network security platforms, Experience building customer‑facing management applications for cloud services, Familiarity with compliance, audit, or regulated environments, Experience driving platform maturity around observability, reliability, and operational excellence, Exposure to UIbackend integration patterns
