We’re looking for a Manager - Software Engineering who is motivated, skilled, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects. Key Responsibilities We are seeking a Lead AWS Data Engineer to build scalable ETL pipelines and support large-scale data migration and transformation initiatives. The role demands strong SQL capability, hands-on AWS experience, and ownership of production data workflows. Hands-on Development: • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services like Glue, DMS, Lambda, Redshift, Athena and Knime. • Implement data ingestion, transformation, reconciliation, and validation processes. • Develop reusable frameworks and automation components to streamline data migration activities. • Write efficient and optimized SQL queries across Oracle and PostgreSQL. • Use Python for orchestration, data processing, and automation. • Troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in production. Technical Proficiency: • Strong hands-on experience with AWS data ecosystem (S3, RDS, Glue, DMS, Redshift, Lambda). • Advanced SQL and query optimization skills. • Experience with batch, incremental, and CDC patterns. • Familiarity with monitoring and operational practices. • Working knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred). Mentorship & Leadership: • Provide technical guidance on ETL architecture, best practices, and coding standards. • Drive ownership, code quality, and delivery discipline. • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality delivery. Strategic Advisory: • Collaborate with backend, AI/ML, and architecture teams. • Contribute to the development of scalable, repeatable, and efficient data modernization approaches.
