What They're Looking For.
Must Have
more than 8 years of experience in software engineering, 3+ years in managing engineering teams, worked through the full SDLC in enterprise SaaS environments, experience building and running backend platforms or core services that other teams or customers rely on, solid technical depth across modern software systems, experience with single-page applications, experience with microservice architectures, experience with third-party integrations, grasp of object-oriented design, grasp of concurrency, grasp of performance, grasp of scalability, understand what it takes to build secure, auditable systems handling customer-critical data, bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, experience with document automation, experience with eSignature, experience with workflow platforms, knowledge of security, compliance, or audit requirements related to signed documents

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work closely with Product, Architecture, QA, SRE, and peer Engineering Managers across India and the Americas; work with other Document Automation leaders in the execution of our Document Automation roadmap; partner closely with Product Management; partner with architects and senior engineers; closely working with Product, QA, SRE, and peer Engineering Managers across regions; helping align priorities; helping surface risks early; communicating delivery status, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly and proactively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensuring your team is well connected to global peers and leadership
