What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field, 6+ years of experience managing technology SaaS, Infrastructure and/or software development related projects, 2+ years of experience as a people manager, Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc), leadership abilities with experience managing cross functional teams, Expertise in fault-tolerant self healing system design, high-availability services, handling high-throughput with real-time data processing, cloud-based (GCP) backend systems, micro-service architecture, DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, security best practices for APIs, backend systems, and infrastructure, Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, experience in a Financial Services (FinTech) and/or Technology firm, Familiarity with financial systems, trading and accounting concepts, and compliance within regulated environments
