This role requires a combination of people leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has experience leading engineers across a range of disciplines, can bring clarity to multiple concurrent workstreams, and is comfortable supporting both customer-facing application development and backend/platform systems. Strong technical abilities are vital for success, and you must have a passion for innovative software development with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to collaborate with other Engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Who you are: You thrive in a collaborative engineering environment that plays to everyone's strengths with a willingness to work across the entire stack. You have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and a deep understanding of API integrations and cloud services. You lead by example in adopting and operationalizing AI tools—both within the product and across the development lifecycle. Ideally, you have Python and AWS experience, but more importantly, you care about the quality of your work, the impactful product you help build, and the team you help build it with.
