Must Have
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or a Technical Lead with people management experience, technical background with hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, React, GoLang, Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies, Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance, and develop talent, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, Azure, GCP), Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems, Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience scaling teams and systems in a fast-paced environment
