What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of related engineering experience OR Master’s Degree with 7 years of software engineering experience., Experience integrating software in multiple environments from Software Engineering Labs through Flight Test, Experience Troubleshooting software bugs/issues, Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U. S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
Nice to Have
Experience on a program that delivers periodic releases in a process-driven environment for a government customer, Previous experience on a medium-to-large program, with a focus on vehicle management systems, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc. ) knowledge, Experience developing BOEs and supporting IFC planning is a plus, Lead or management experience in a team environment, Demonstrated leadership of engineering personnel on a Northrop Grumman Corporation program
