THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Manager Software Engineer in our Partner Content team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. The Partner Content team in Product Provide technical guidance and career mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and high performance; Establish and enforce "gold standards" for development, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure our systems remain stable and maintainable; Partner with Product, Operations, and Design leads to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical roadmaps; Develop, deliver, test, deploy, maintain, and improve solutions working with a cross-functional team; Take part in incident resolution and troubleshooting in the production environment, as well as in writing useful and critical post-mortems; Work in a collaborative and agile environment that prioritizes people over process and is laser-focused on productivity; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
