What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 7+ years in software development, at least 3 years in a leadership role, Experienced in cloud deployments of mature PHP and Ruby applications, Experienced with web applications (HTML/JS/CSS) and modern front end development, understanding of cloud services, AWS in particular, understanding of SSL/TLS concepts, certificate chains, and private key management principles, Proven experience implementing secure application architectures
