Lead and manage complex software contract negotiations with

Develop and implement software asset management policies
Maintain an accurate inventory of software assets and
Conduct regular audits to verify software usage and
Manage relationships with software vendors
Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or
Negotiate renewals and amendments to existing contracts
Generate and analyze reports on software usage
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
