Full Job Description
* Managen van (internationale) projecten op gebied van soft controls onderzoeken: plannen, bewaken van de voortgang en facturatie. * Soft controls diepgaand onderzoeken, analyseren en hierover advies geven. * Samenwerken in multidisciplinaire teams aan uitdagende (internal) audits voor toonaangevende klanten. * Aansturen van collega's en ze begeleiden van hun professionele ontwikkeling. * Bouwen aan je eigen netwerk en inspelen op leads uit de markt. Jij ziet wat anderen niet zien. Als Manager Soft Controls binnen het Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS)-team van KPMG ben jij de brug tussen cijfers en cultuur, tussen gedrag en bedrijfsresultaten. Je maakt zichtbaar wat vaak onbesproken blijft: de gedragsdynamiek die organisaties vooruithelpt of juist belemmert. Je voert onderzoeken uit naar organisatiecultuur en gedrag, met als doel gedragsrisico’s inzichtelijk te maken en beheersbaar te houden. Met behulp van technieken zoals observaties, interviews en surveys krijg je diepgaand inzicht in de factoren die gedrag beïnvloeden. Deze inzichten vormen een essentieel onderdeel van (financiële) audits, waarbij je cultuur en gedrag integreert in de controle van jaarrekeningen. Zo bied je organisaties niet alleen inzicht, maar ook richting. Ook speel je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden, motiveren en coachen van collega's. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen hoger management en operatie, en weet mensen op elk niveau mee te nemen in jouw visie. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol in het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten.
