Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job 's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ _**Responsibilities:**_ With great latitude and while exercising independent judgement, serves as the SWPFS Manager for the URMC Hotel and Lodging Program, the Care Management and Social Work and Patient & Family Services Suites as well as Orienting and Training new staff. Collaborates and works closely with the following program Directors and Managers: Administrative Services, Systems Analyst, Chaplaincy Services, Communications Center, Financial Counseling, Financial Case Management, Home Care Liaison/Acute Care Coordinators, Interpreter Services, Ambassador and Guest Services, Social Work and Patient and Family Relations. The Social Work Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of, quality social work services within the Inpatient Medical/Surgical Units.
