This role is responsible for vendor and platform operations, AI-enabled workflow enablement, and cross-functional compliance coordination across the social media and search technology portfolio. The position serves as a key individual contributor on a small, high-impact team that manages platforms including Sprinklr, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Google, BING, and AI/automation vendors such as Zamp.ai, Quid AI, Tubular Labs, and Synthesia.
