Must Have
Background in arts, business, communications, public policy or social sciences, At least three years of relevant experience, Track record in partnership management, Track record in programme development, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Relationship-building skills, Stakeholder management skills, Good command of the English language (written and verbal), Understanding of audience development strategies, Understanding of community engagement strategies, Proficiency in project management, Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Familiarity with evaluation methods, Familiarity with reporting techniques, Prepared to exercise some flexibility in his/her work schedule
Nice to Have
Work experience in a museum or attraction setting, Proficient in a Mother Tongue language

If the answer is "yes", join us at the Founders' Memorial (FM)! At the FM, we are creating a brand-new garden-museum experience for Singaporeans, by Singaporeans. A national landmark at the heart of our garden city, uncovering the story of how independent Singapore came to be, and bringing Singaporeans across generations together to reflect and have bold conversations about what our founding values mean today and for our future. The FM is seeking a suitable candidate to join the Partnerships and Programmes team. You will be part of a passionate team dedicated to expanding and deepening FM’s impact through strategic partnerships and innovative programming. You will implement strategies to reach new audiences and create meaningful opportunities for citizens and stakeholders to participate in and contribute to FM’s vision.
