What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor or Master’s degree, 6+ years proven relevant work experience, Experience in cGMP biologics manufacturing, Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SAP, APO, PPDS, BIO-G, Experience in cell therapy manufacturing, Certification in CPIM, CSCP, and/or CLTD11
What You'll Do.
Create and publish on-time the Site Schedule
Mitigate any scheduling risks
Support the S&OP process
Manage RCCP for assigned product(s)
Schedule and forecast manufacturing slot availability
Create scenario plans
Participate in Tier meetings
Provide support to Manufacturing Operations team
and implement KPI and reporting capabilities
Collaborate with global Business Process Teams
Author and update scheduling operating procedures
Perform other job-related functions
