The Manager, Site Installation for Logistic Systems oversees the on-site installation, commissioning, and handover of automated logistics solutions, including conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS, and warehouse automation. This role is accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with technical and quality standards. Leading a team of Site Installation Supervisors, the Manager directs all on-site activities, including coordination of third-party contractors. The role ensures seamless site operations through strong oversight of safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.Balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, the Manager remains closely engaged in site execution, resolving issues, supporting the team, and driving progress through commissioning to successful project handover. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all on-site installation activities for logistics systems projects • Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients • Plan and monitor installation schedules, resources, and progress • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations • Supervise subcontractors and installation crews, ensuring quality workmanship • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues • Manage site logistics including material delivery, storage, and handling • Track project milestones, budgets, and report progress to stakehold
