**[What the role is]** • To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility ensuring quality standards are maintained at all times; ensuring all equipment, rooms and bookings are set up correctly and on time as required by the PAssion Wave outlet’s programmes. • To market, plan and develop quality programmes in promoting and increasing engagement with residents thru waterfront lifestyle activities, forming of Interest Groups (IGs), recruitment of WeCare Volunteers and networking with partners. These include conceptualising and implementing strategies in the areas of customization, community engagement and communications. • To build and maintain relationships with potential, new and current partners and also increase and collaborate with residents and partners on new initiatives and programmes and gather ground sensing. • To monitor and supervise the PAssion Wave outlet in providing quality customer service and safe water sports & waterfront lifestyle courses/ programmes/activities for young families, PMETs and the youths. • To improve operational management systems, ensure processes are correct, cost effective and timely and maintain best practices that guarantee PA’s well-being. • To ensure the safe operations of the activities and the safety of the participants at the outlet. **[What you will be working on]** Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job.
