**[What the role is]** Be part of our Career Development team to develop, drive, promote and implement learning and development initiatives to equip SFA officers with the skills and competencies to support of SFA's mission of enhancing food security and resilience. **[What you will be working on]** **_What You Will Do_** **Shape Our People 's Capabilities** Design comprehensive competency frameworks that define excellence across SFA roles and create clear pathways for career advancement. Through detailed job analysis and stakeholder engagement, you'll identify the critical skills our officers need to excel in their work. **Create Engaging Learning Experiences** Develop innovative training curricula that transform learning needs into impactful educational experiences. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to design diverse learning solutions including interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and blended programmes that engage our workforce. **Drive Training Excellence** Formulate training policies that set the standard for learning excellence across SFA. The training policies will establish clear guidelines ensuring consistent, high-quality development opportunities that support both individual growth and organisational objectives. **Manage Training Operations** Take ownership of our training ecosystem from conception to completion. You will plan and coordinate programmes, manage vendor relationships, oversee logistics, and ensure every learning experience delivers value to participants and the organisation. **[What we are looking for]** **_What We Are Looking For_** * Preferably 1 or more years of relevant work experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or any other related fields.
