7+ overall years of working experience in the semiconductor operations field - Supply Planning / Supply Chain or relevant areas, 3+ years of experience managing team(s) with direct reports, Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent experience in semiconductor Planning, Effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, organizational, and quantitative skills, Ability to balance the right amount of vital details along with succinctly summarized big picture to drive decisions with senior and executive management, Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening, highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a sense of ownership

Craft optimized production schedule for multiple products and SKUs

Drive and influence decisions on dependent demands of high bandwidth memories (HBMs)

Drive and align supply strategies

ensuring optimized build plan to meet demand

Determine tradeoff options and work with internal partners to craft the optimal plan

Facilitate ramp plans for products from early-stage sampling to high-volume production

Provide suggestions to the management team of NVIDIA and its subcontractors on how to pursue a higher performance level on our Key Performance Indexes
