What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, background in finance, At least 5 years of experience in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients, Fluent in English
Nice to Have
CPA or CFA, any other language is a plus
What You'll Do.
dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions
joint ventures & structured investments)
Work across the areas of buy-side due diligence
sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence
deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients
articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports
Work in a diversified
international environment covering multiple areas and industries
Team up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts
