What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 6 to 8+ years of talent acquisition experience within biotech/life sciences, Extensive experience sourcing and recruiting within technical operations, manufacturing facilities, and supply chain environments, Experience with non-exempt and shift-environment logistics, Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and sourcing systems
Nice to Have
Track record of success operating within a fast-paced, small-company environment, Experience serving as a people/program manager, Tech-forward and adaptable possesses an "AI-ready" aptitude to learn, adopt, and integrate modern AI-enabled talent tools

Partner with leadership to implement TA hiring

Act as program lead and mentor
