Full Job Description

**[What the role is]** The Media Industry Group (MIG) works closely with industry leaders, content creators, technology companies and government partners to strengthen Singapore’s position as a leading media hub. The successful candidate will drive strategic partnerships and industry development initiatives that advance the growth and transformation of Singapore's media sector. The role will also support corporate planning, governance and organisational development efforts within the Media Industry Group to ensure effective implementation of strategic priorities and partnerships. **[What you will be working on]** **Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Development** * Develop and execute partnership strategies that support Singapore's media industry development objectives. * Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with key local and international stakeholders across the media, technology and creative sectors. * Lead the end-to-end development of strategic partnerships, from opportunity identification and stakeholder engagement to partnership structuring, internal approvals and implementation planning. * Negotiate and manage strategic collaborations to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for industry stakeholders and Singapore's media ecosystem. * Serve as a key interface between IMDA and industry partners, building long-term relationships and advancing strategic objectives. **Industry Strategy and Planning** * Analyse industry trends, market developments and emerging opportunities to support the formulation of media industry strategies and priorities. * Contribute to corporate planning, strategic reviews and reporting exercises, including the development of recommendations, workplans and performance updates for senior management. * Develop strategic narratives, briefing materials and recommendations to support stakeholder engagement and decision-making. * Support the design and implementation of internal governance processes, operating procedures and frameworks
