Join our **Direct Tax** team and take your expertise to the next level with us! _Location:**Vilnius or flexible******_ **In this role, you will:** * Lead and deliver tax projects, including due diligence, structuring, tax reviews for some of the largest Lithuanian and international companies * Help clients address their tax challenges and business needs by identifying tax risks and tax-saving opportunities, and providing practical, value-adding solutions through written reports, calculations, and verbal advice * Build and strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective clients * Contribute to marketing and business development activities, such as preparing proposals and presenting at seminars * Play a key role in leading the team by coaching colleagues, supporting their day-to-day development, and setting an example through your own work * Drive the growth of our Tax Consulting and M&A Tax practice through active business development **You are the right fit if you:** * Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Tax Consulting * Have solid knowledge of Tax, Finance, and/or Accounting * Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Law (would be considered as an advantage) * Have an excellent command of English and Lithuanian * Combine strong analytical and logical thinking with the ability to express your ideas clearly in writing * Are a proactive and reliable team player with strong organizational and communication skills **What we offer:** * Gross monthly salary starting from **5000 EUR plus an annual performance-based bonus**. **Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional development and certifications * A centrally located office with everything
