What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 to 5 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, research and analytics, or a similar role, Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organisational goals, understanding of research methodologies including survey design, focus group facilitation, and qualitative analysis, Knowledge of marketing analytics with familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts for marketing applications, including foundational knowledge of Natural Language Processing and text analysis techniques, interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, Experience in programme or project management, with a knack for identifying and solving complex problems, Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to devise practical solutions to tackle work issues, Possess project and resource management skills to handle concurrent work assignments, and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting, Deep understanding of the SkillsFuture and Career Health initiatives, workforce development trends, and the challenges and opportunities within the Singapore job market, Curiosity and willingness to learn about evolving marketing technologies and workforce trends, A committed and advocate to continuous learning and professional development, in line with our organisation's values of innovation, collaboration, and lifelong learning, A proactive, innovative thinker who is passionate about making a difference in the SkillsFuture and Career Health movements

Conduct psychographic research and analysis

Lead qualitative research activities

Analyse and review engagement channels

Support text analysis projects

Participate in performance measurement

Contribute to development of schemes

Support design of GenAI tools

Aid in development of intermediaries' capability

Assist in MarTech stack integration

Account-manage intermediaries

Promote SkillsFuture through participation

Maintain an effective feedback loop

Team & Collaboration

Strategic engagement with enterprises and intermediaries; Account-manage intermediaries (e. g. larger enterprises) to boost SkillsFuture awareness and adoption among SMEs; Maintain an effective feedback loop with key stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting and data sharing to enhance process and program development
