Use data analytics to identify high-risk taxpayers
Conduct audits on compliance with GST rules
Prepare audit findings
Recommend actions to be taken
Provide rulings on interpretation of tax laws
Provide rulings on rationale behind tax policies
Reviews tax rules to achieve tax objectives
Ensure clarity by researching international tax practices
Contribute to continual improvement
Provide feedback and innovative ideas
Improve taxpayers' compliance
