What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in related field, A minimum of 8 years’ experience in CPG, OTC, or regulated consumer health marketing, Proven success launching new products or brand extensions at national retail scale, Deep experience in omnichannel media strategy and retail media networks, Demonstrated ability to own P&L, lead cross-functional teams and influence, Experience working in a multi-national brand company, Proven track record in project management, Experience in planning and budgeting process, including financial business cases, Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, Ability to travel within the United States and internationally

MBA in a related field
What You'll Do.
commercialization of a new ZEISS brand extension into a new category, Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and financial performance for the launch across U.
retail, pharmacy, club, mass, and e-commerce channels, Translate the strength of the ZEISS master brand into a successful new category entry, Define the value proposition and messaging, adapting the global strategy for the U.
market, Manage P&L, forecasting, and financial performance tracking, Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and legal standards, Monitor category trends and analyze performance data to inform strategy and optimize results, Oversee agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution, Plan and optimize media budgets and KPIs (ROAS, CAC, conversion, sales lift), Execute integrated campaigns and support retail promotions/events, Oversee, coach, and develop direct reports, Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations, Ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
