Multi-functional and efficient systems can support merchants to self-service-register as Amazon Sellers cross Amazon's global marketplace, and Sellers can succeed under support from our expertise. Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious team Manager to join its China team based in Shenzhen, managing team of Seller Consultants to support CN Sellers growth and success on Amazon’s global Marketplace. The objective of the Seller Consultant team is to deliver business growth and maximize revenue generation by providing Amazon service to Sellers including launching Sellers and driving features that help Sellers be successful on Amazon's global third-party marketplace. You will analyze data including but not limited to Seller performance, anecdotes to identify opportunities to help Seller’s success. You also work closely with internal teams (marketing, PMO, global product teams, multiple marketplace stakeholders) to remove Seller friction and achieve growth opportunities. Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives. This role provides many opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and fast-moving environment. Key job responsibilities - leading a team of Seller Consultants to help Chinese Seller be successful in Amazon's Marketplaces - Identify strategies and tactics to attract as well as support Sellers to be successful on Amazon’s marketplaces - Review and monitor Seller performance, provide consulting for Seller to grow their business - Responsible for regular business reviews as well as ke
