Lead the AMER region’s Security Services Management (SSM)
Manage an annual budget in excess of $700MM
Oversee 16 million guarding hours
Manage security service provider administration for North America
Set a strategic vision
Establish organizational framework to facilitate daily operations
Contribute to global security strategies
Create OP1/OP2/3YP plans
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Develop security service programs
Develop effective mechanisms to meet long-term business goals
Present strategies to senior business leaders
Develop unique security service solutions
Support multiple verticals across 750+ AMER sites
