About the Role We’re hiring a Manager, Security Operations to build and lead Nscale’s Security Operations Center (SOC) and own 24x7 security monitoring and response operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the center of Nscale’s security function, combining team leadership with day-to-day operational excellence. You’ll lead SOC analysts responsible for detecting, triaging, and escalating security events across infrastructure, endpoints, and enterprise systems, while working closely with Detection & Response, Incident Response, and Security Engineering. You’ll play a key role in evolving how security operations works at Nscale by improving workflows, strengthening coverage, and advancing the use of automation and AI-driven detection and response. This role matters because it helps ensure the SOC can scale effectively, respond decisively, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of security operations.
