In this role, you will manage an experienced security engineering team, set technical direction for security feature execution, and drive secure development practices across multiple platforms. You will own delivery execution, coach and develop engineers, establish metrics‑driven processes, and partner closely with security architecture, validation, and infrastructure teams to ensure high‑quality, certified security solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage a security firmware engineering team delivering ROM and firmware security features across multiple Micron SSD products and platforms, driving technical excellence, accountability, and professional development. * Own security feature execution and delivery by planning team capacity, prioritizing work across multiple programs, managing cross‑functional dependencies, and ensuring timelines, code quality, and security standards are met. * Drive secure development practices and technical strategy, including Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) activities such as threat modeling, secure code reviews, vulnerability management, and security certification. * Establish, track, and improve engineering processes using Agile methodologies and issue‑tracking metrics (e.g., Jira), leveraging data to identify risks, improve execution, and continuously optimize team performance. * Partner closely with security architecture, validation, signing infrastructure, and storage platform teams to ensure secure design, testing, cer
