THE OPPORTUNITY: At Clari + Salesloft, our Manager, Security Engineering and Operations will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a foundational leader within our information security team, tasked with building and leading a world-class group of Security Analysts and Security Engineers. Your mission is to lead the talented analysts who defend our environment (Ops) and the expert engineers who build our security infrastructure (Eng). We want a "builder"—someone who thrives in high-trust, high-autonomy environments. You will be the primary engine for our defensive strategy, expected to define the "how" once we’ve agreed on the "what." You aren't waiting for a playbook; you are writing it. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Lead and Mentor: Manage a hybrid team of analysts and engineers, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance coaching. Program Oversight: Oversee the vulnerability management lifecycle, ensuring that scanning, triaging, and remediation efforts are executed with precision. Bridge the Gap: Ensure that Security Engineering is building the preventive/detective controls that Security Operations actually needs to
