The incumbent contributes to the development and optimization of Air Transat’s flight schedule in the short to medium term (45-day window and beyond), including codeshare agreements, while ensuring operational feasibility and schedule integrity. Responsibilities * Participate in the design of seasonal flight schedule (summer and winter) in collaboration with the Network Development teams * Update and maintain flight schedules in a scheduling tool (e.g., NetLine) * Coordinate schedule adjustments and ensure their communication to internal and external stakeholders * Plan and manage updates to codeshare and interline schedule * Ensure the management and optimization of airport slots in accordance with IATA standards and local regulations * Collaborate closely with operations teams to integrate operational constraints (aircraft, crew, maintenance, airport) * Validate operational feasibility and optimize short-term scheduling (rotations, block times, connections, overall performance) * Adjust planning in response to operational disruptions (delays, AOG, maintenance) ## Qualifications * Relevant degree in air transport management, logistics, business administration or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline industry (planning, scheduling or airline operations) * Strong ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment * Autonomy, initiative, and strong attention to detail * Ex
