As Manager of the SCADA team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the critical systems that power our new facilities. This position provides the opportunity to lead a team while defining and developing PLC programs using Siemens automation systems. You will ensure reliable functionality and integration across essential infrastructure, including chilled water systems, exhaust scrubbers, MAUs, bulk chemical distribution, ultra-pure water, and wastewater systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining strong operations and a competitive advantage. ### ### Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor the SCADA engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, and developing team members * Oversee daily performance and maintenance of SCADA systems aligned to TD and ID1 operational goals * Partner with IT, Facilities, and Environmental teams to ensure integrated systems and reporting capabilities * Manage SCADA project scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination * Support the design and implementation of new infrastructure and automation solutions, including IoT and power monitoring systems * Provide technical leader
