What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 12 years in SAP delivery/program management, Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP programs (preferably S/4HANA), Hands-on experience managing multi-workstream programs, Hands-on experience managing large distributed teams, Hands-on experience managing senior stakeholders (CXO-level), understanding of SAP S/4HANA (1909/2020/2021/RISE), understanding of Core modules: FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, PM, PS, QM, Exposure to SAP Fiori / UI5, Exposure to BTP, APIs, integrations (PI/PO, IDOC, EDI), Exposure to tools like Ariba, MDG, VIM, SuccessFactors, program and delivery leadership, Excellent stakeholder management and communication, Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, commercials), Risk & governance mindset, Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments
Nice to Have
Certification in at least one SAP module preferred
