Must Have
4+ years of Salesforce leadership experience, hands-on development in Apex, hands-on development in Lightning Components, hands-on development in Visualforce, hands-on development in SOQL/SOSL, Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams or initiatives, Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices, Solid understanding of Salesforce data security, Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external systems), problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex Salesforce environments, Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within agile or scrum frameworks, Familiarity with code versioning tools (e. g. , Git), Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Familiarity with code review practices, Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, architecture)
