What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree in business, engineering, sales, marketing, or another relevant field, or equivalent expertise built through extensive hands-on experience, Several years of experience in sales operations, sales process development, commercial excellence, or similar roles, preferably in a global B2B industrial environment, Proven experience in CRM and sales tools rollout and development, Ability to design sales processes that are effectively supported by system capabilities and data, Understanding of complex sales environments, including solution and B2B investment sales, tendering and key account management, Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, Ability to drive change and adoption across diverse stakeholder groups in a global matrix organisation, Analytical and structuring skills, Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate them clearly to different audiences, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Additional language skills, Experience with agile development frameworks and iterative delivery models, Product or platform ownership preferably for business‑critical enterprise applications

Own and continuously develop end-to-end sales processes

Act as key business owner in CRM and sales tools development initiatives
and continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
Act as key interface between departments

Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams; Collaborate with business units, regions, and sales channels; Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, digitalization teams, and Port Solutions business units; Facilitate global stakeholder collaboration
