This role focuses on improving the effectiveness of inbound lead management, onboarding, and early customer engagement, ensuring a seamless and scalable experience from initial contact through to activation. The role will lead the development and optimization of processes, systems, and reporting frameworks to improve conversion, speed to value, and overall sales performance. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams, this position is a key contributor to driving revenue growth and improving commercial efficiency.
