What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, MIS or Sales Analytics, Advanced Excel – pivots, lookups, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query and complex formulas, Hands-on experience with CRM systems – Microsoft Dynamics Salesforce / HubSpot acceptable, reporting, MIS and data-visualization skills, Obsession with accuracy, attention to detail and ownership, analytical and problem-solving mindset, Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to Have
B. E. / B. Tech / B. Com / B. Sc. preferred, MBA is a plus, preferably in Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech or B2B SaaS environments, experience working with enterprise / hospital / institutional sales teams will be an added advantage, Working knowledge of Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker) is desirable
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end MIS – design
build and publish daily
weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for the leadership team
Maintain accurate funnel
forecast and order-book flag deviations vs. plan
Track KPIs across regions
segments and reps including bookings
win-rate and cycle time
Work with large datasets to surface operational gaps
growth pockets and productivity opportunities
Collaborate with the Strategy Office to drive data-driven decisions and strategic reviews
test and maintain reports and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent CRM
Ensure clean opportunity
account and contact drive sales-team adoption and discipline
Enhance reporting and dashboard functionality in line with evolving business needs
Support the sales team in preparing accurate quotations
proposals and customer agreements
Lead the sales SOP audit ensure compliance with internal policies and approval matrices
Coordinate with internal teams to track order fulfilment
billing and collections support
