Must Have

3+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales environments, 1–2 years of leadership, management, or team lead experience within Sales Development or Inside Sales

Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8–10 SDRs

Generate top-of-funnel pipeline

Coach and mentor Account Executives

Lead day-to-day operations of SDR team

Achieve and exceed pipeline generation KPIs

Coach SDRs on prospecting fundamentals

Develop and execute onboarding programs

Participate in recruiting SDR talent

Foster a culture of accountability
