Coach and mentor Account Executives
Lead day-to-day operations of SDR team
Achieve and exceed pipeline generation KPIs
Coach SDRs on prospecting fundamentals
Develop and execute onboarding programs
Participate in recruiting SDR talent
Foster a culture of accountability
