8-10 years of experience as an individual contributor in B2B software sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas, 4-5 years of experience managing and coaching sales teams to success, Hands-on experience with lead generation, pipeline building, and key sales metrics in a SaaS organization, forecasting skills — from lead conversion to pipeline build and win rates, Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, Demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships and influence cross-functional teams

Data analysis and reporting
Work closely with Marketing to define campaign follow-up strategies and reporting mechanisms
Partner with Account Executives to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion
Collaborate with Operations to enhance processes and recommend improvements
