Run day-to-day activities of Sales Development team
Maintain Outreach processes
Coach SDRs to optimum performance
Achieve team-based quotas
and hire sales talent
Co-design and co-present training curriculum
Organize and deploy team resources
Maximize workflow within the department
Identify problems and create plans of action
Create sales development resources
Measure and report against KPIs
Prepare for and contribute to meetings
