The Role The Manager of Sales Development is a key role on our team with responsibility for delivering strong team results while maintaining a motivating team culture. This people manager role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented sales management professional who is passionate about developing early career sales talent. The manager executes company and department strategies and upholds standards to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. At Outreach, SDRs are an entry point for talent and this leadership role will play a key part in new rep education and upward career growth in the company.
