Application Deadline: 06/09/2026 Address: 33 Dundas Street West Job Family Group: Customer Solutions **This is a hybrid role requiring a min of 3 days in the Toronto office** Acts as a subject matter expert on specific sales force programs and applications for the Financial Planning Program. Analyzes business opportunities to recommend new strategies, programs, and tactics. Designs and executes programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales force, including the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a suite of sales force applications/programs including Scorecard, target setting, compensation administration/initiatives, and process improvement. Provides support to employees to facilitate the achievement of business results. Manages investigations / escalations from sales leaders. * Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group. * Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives. * Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business. * Assists in the development of strategic plans. * Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making. * Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues. * Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy. * Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. * Ensures alignment between stakeholders. * Coordinates the management of databases; ensures alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards. * Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations. * Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues. * Participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives. * Participates in defining the communication plan designed to positively influence or change behavi
