The RUN team, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts and is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a growing number of customers. ROLE: Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Manager, RUN to develop and execute strategies that support maintenance goals of quality, SLA and customer satisfaction. You will be reporting to Director, RUN and you will be the first point of contact for Clients or Partners implementing Ivalua Solution. WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US Run planning and stand-up meetings Monitor issue backlog and prioritize team deliverable toward SLA achievements Responsible for your maintenance team's efficiency, including reports, analysis and forecasts Communicate standards and best practices.
